We are all unique, bringing a particular set of conditions, needs and desires into the class and coaching room. Whilst all my group yoga classes and workshops follow a mindful approach during which you can expect to be offered a practice with modifications suitable to your needs, I also offer 1:1 coaching and/or yoga therapy that empower you to manage and address specific physical, emotional or spiritual needs.
