During this monthly Body Soul Workshop, we will focus on the science of stress management and deep relaxation for body, mind and soul.
Feeling overworked or overwhelmed? Is your mind racing at times and you have difficulty concentrating? That tension in your shoulders, chest and back just won’t disappear?
Come and join me for a magical afternoon on Saturday, 21 November 2020 from 2:00-4:30pm to restore and rejuvenate your body and mind. This session will be of great benefit to anyone interested in learning more about stress (management), mindfulness and the positive benefits that yoga and meditation can have on your body, mind and nervous system.
Having experienced the effects of anxiety myself, I have learned and embodied how yoga, breath and meditation can be simple and most effective ways to reduce stress. Meditation and relaxation can help the brain to focus on what’s happening in the present, encouraging relaxation and overall wellbeing.
