    Josie’s love of yoga is infectious. After a busy and stressful day, attending one of Josie’s classes brings a calmness and tranquillity back into your life as if the stresses of the day never existed. I love her classes.     In the past, I have had an anomalous relationship with yoga. As I will forever be a beginner who never masters the pigeon pose I have at times felt daunted in yoga classes.
